BACKGROUND | CREDIT INVESTIGATION
This lecture focuses on the the strategies and approaches in gathering information about individuals in a very discreet manner. Various sources of information and conducting property check on a person are also included in the module. Part of the seminar is also devoted to making believable cover stories as effective method on getting information from an informant without him knowing it.
SURVEILLANCE AND UNDERCOVER
This topic is primarily designed to educate the participants on the effective techniques applicable on conducting surveillance and undercover. This topic provides different strategies in monitoring the activities of a person or a group of persons discreetly to determine their lifestyle activities, and whereabouts for the purpose of gathering information relevant to the mission as well as to obtain pieces of evidence needed for court proceedings.

In this topic, the attendees are taught about the common lying gestures and other physical indications of deception. Also, for them to easily detect when an individual is lying not only on their written and spoken statements, but also bases on their body language.

This lecture aims to educate the participants on the importance of a lie detector test, including its functions and various uses. This will also discuss the effectiveness of a lie detector testing to the companies and agencies for their business. This gives a clear account on how the instrument helps the captains of business and industry decision – making and in deterring fraud and dishonesty in the workplace.
INVESTIGATIVE INTERVIEW AND INTERROGATION
This detective trainings and seminars in the Philippines give clear insights about the interview techniques and how it differs from interrogation. It also covers the art of “Situation – Action Response (SAR) as well as its ways and procedures. This topic teaches the participants about the laws that affect investigation, types of evidence, non – law enforcer interrogation, and Miranda Rule and Rights. This will help investigators know their limits as well as the extent of evidence gathering and preserving techniques.
